No, you must bring your own crockery and cooking utensils. There are plenty of shops in the immediate vicinity where you can buy all the necessary items.

The all-inclusive price includes fast Wi-Fi and a LAN connection in every flat. The SAT connection in all flats offers channels from ASTRA, Eutel and Türksat

Of course you can add your own furniture or home accessories to your flat.

No, these items are not provided and you must bring your own.

A laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available for all residents. Use can be booked and billed directly via an app. Some Suite Premium flats are equipped with washing machine connections.

Yes, we have a large number of underground car parking spaces available. Car parking spaces can be booked for € 130.00 gross per month. We do not currently offer car parking spaces for individual days.

We offer a large bicycle storage room in the basement, which can be used by all residents free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the safety of your bike.

Yes, you can rent storage space from us. Here is a price overview:

Life at JONN-Y

Yes, you can register your main residence with us. You will receive a “confirmation of residence” from us, which is required by public authorities to get a “certificate of registration”.

No, pets are not allowed at JONN-Y.

There is a large rubbish room in the basement. For the sake of the environment, please separate your rubbish!

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas. Smoking is permitted on the SKY Terrace with due consideration. All flats and common rooms as well as the staircase are equipped with fire alarms. If the fire alarm is triggered, the resident bears the costs.

Please report any damage, regardless of whether it was caused by you or someone else, to our JONN-Y team. Our Residence Manager will repair it as quickly as possible.

Yes, of course you can invite guests! However, the community spaces such as the Sky Terrace, community area, spa area and gym are reserved for the exclusive use of JONNY-Y residents.

Booking process and payments

It is also possible to make a booking at JONN-Y without a prior viewing.
We also accept guarantees.

The amount of the deposit is 4 times the monthly all-inclusive rent.
When you leave your flat in good order, this will be returned to you minus a final cleaning fee of €95.00.

To reserve a flat, you must pay the deposit, a one-off onboarding fee of € 79.00 and the first pro rata rent.

The all-inclusive rent includes all costs for the main rent, operating costs, underfloor heating, underfloor tempering, electricity, water, internet, VAT and our exclusive features such as the spa area, gym, sky terrace and community area with kitchen and lounge. Only a final cleaning fee of € 95.00 is payable on moving out.

The payment is to be transferred monthly in advance on the 1st of the month.

No, there are no estate agent fees.

As soon as we send you your personalised contract with the payment requirements, the flat will be reserved for you for 7 working days. During this time, the deposit, one-off onboarding fee and the first rent must be paid so that we can confirm your booking.

After paying the deposit, one-off onboarding fee and the first rent, you will receive a booking confirmation and, if required, a signed contract. Otherwise, the original contract will be signed when the keys are handed over.

Contract duration / cancellation / extension

No, subletting is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without notice.

The minimum term with us is 6 months. The contract is limited to 2 years. After that, there is an option to extend the contract, but this is reserved for the accommodation provider.

Yes, you can cancel in the 4th month to the last day of the month. The cancellation period is 2 months. This results in a minimum commitment of 6 months.

You can move in from Monday to Friday and therefore choose your contract start date flexibly. The price is calculated pro rata, so you only pay for the days from the start of your contract.
