No, you must bring your own dishes and cooking utensils. However, you can purchase a starter kit on–site or online. Starter kits include household items (e.g., kitchen linens or bedding sets). See detailed prices in the HANS-Y AddOns section
The all–inclusive price includes high–speed Wi–Fi throughout the building. Each apartment has a LAN connection for even faster internet. We do not offer a satellite connection.
Of course, you can add your own small pieces of furniture or home accessories to your apartment.
No, vacuum cleaners and irons are not available in the apartments.
There is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers on every floor. You can book and pay for usage directly via an app. Some of the “Suite Plus” and “Suite Premium” apartments on the 8th floor and above have washing machine connections inside the apartments.
Yes, we have a large number of underground parking spaces available. Parking spaces can be booked on a monthly basis for a fee. We also offer parking spaces for individual days.
We offer a large bicycle storage room in the basement, which is easily accessible via a dedicated bike ramp from the Gürtel bike path and is free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the safety of your bicycle.
Yes, you can rent storage units from us for a fee.
Yes, you can book a weekly cleaning service. You can get pricing information from our team. Just contact the front desk or send us an email with your requests.
Yes, you can register your primary residence with us. We will provide you with a landlord’s confirmation, which is required to complete a registration form. When you move out, you must submit a confirmation of deregistration.
There is a trash room in the courtyard behind the garage entrance. Please separate your waste for the sake of the environment!
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and on the pool and fitness terrace. All apartments, common areas, and the stairwell are equipped with smoke detectors. If the fire alarm is triggered, the resident is responsible for the costs.
Please report any damage, regardless of whether it was caused by you or someone else, to our HANS–Y team. Our Residence Manager will repair it as soon as possible.
Yes, of course you can invite guests! However, the community spaces such as the Sky Pool, spa area, and gym are reserved exclusively for HANS–Y residents. When using the other community spaces, we ask for fair use and that guests be registered in advance at the front desk so that no one feels disturbed. Overnight stays must also be registered at the front desk, for your own protection, to ensure safety in the building.

The contractual relationship is established upon receipt of the booking confirmation and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
No. Bookings are only available to adults (18+).
The amount of the security deposit depends on the apartment category. You can find the current security deposit amounts in the HANS-Y AddOns section.
If you leave your apartment in good condition, the security deposit will be refunded to you minus the cost of final cleaning. You can find the exact prices for final cleaning here.
The security deposit serves to cover any claims (e.g., damages) and will be refunded to you no later than 8 weeks after the end of the contract.
To reserve an apartment, you must pay the security deposit and a one–time onboarding fee. Additionally, the first month’s rent is due in the month following the confirmed booking, but no later than before check–in.
The flat rate includes all apartment costs, operating expenses, underfloor heating, floor temperature control, electricity, water, internet, VAT, as well as our exclusive features such as the Sky Pool, spa area, gym, Sky Lounge, and Terrace.
Payment is due monthly in advance on the 1st of the month.
No, there are no estate agent fees.
No. During the booking process, you accept our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). Upon completion of the booking, a binding contractual relationship is established. A separate written accommodation contract is therefore not required. You can find the currently valid T&Cs here
No, subletting is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without notice.
The minimum commitment is 5 months, with a maximum of 12 months.
There is no option to cancel. Just book for as many months as you plan to stay. After that, a flexible and straightforward extension (minimum 5 months) is possible.
You can choose the 1st or 15th of the month as the start date and the 14th or the last day of the month as the end date.
You are welcome to rent select areas, such as our Sky Lounge and Sky Terrace, for events. For details see our HANS-Y events page.
